1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests may be made before the order has been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for eligible products and in accordance with the conditions mentioned in this policy.
  • Products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact, where applicable.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used by the customer may not be eligible for return.
  • If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference, except where required under applicable law.
  • If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is verified and approved by Kashe Fashion, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to availability and applicable law.
  • Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Provide your order number and registered contact details.
  • Share clear photographs/videos showing the product, packaging, tags, and issue.
  • Keep the product and its original packaging safely until the matter is resolved.
  • Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Claims may be rejected if sufficient evidence is not provided or if the issue resulted from improper handling, washing, alteration, use, or damage after delivery.

5. Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for an approved return or exchange, the product should generally:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be unwashed and free from stains, odours, or other signs of use.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached, where applicable.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Not have been altered, stitched, tailored, or otherwise modified by the customer.

Certain products, including customized, altered, or specially made items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable.
  • If a return or replacement is approved because of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product attributable to Kashe Fashion, the applicable shipping arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
  • Any additional shipping charges arising from reasons attributable to the customer may be payable by the customer.
